Bella’s Custom Homes does not believe you should have to settle for a builder’s particular house plan. With Bella’s Custom Homes, you can modify any plan to suit your needs. If you choose, our award winning designers will create a totally unique plan, designed from the ground up to fit your needs. Working through Bella’s Custom Homes, the cost for a custom plan will be 40% less than dealing with a home designer or architect directly.

More than 90% of our customers need to sell their home sometime during the construction period. We work with some of the top realtors in the area and can refer the right realtor for you.

Bella’s Custom Homes will work with you to build your home as efficiently as possible without sacrificing quality. From the time we pour the foundation, depending on the square footage of the house and barring weather or trade delays, we estimate a 7 month actual construction time.

Though we do not have “in house” financing, most of our customers work with our preferred lenders in order to get quality service and the best possible interest rates.
